How to remove “Buy Now” button on WooCommerce

Issue

You have set up a WooCommerce shop on your WordPress website, every product can be purchased either with a credit card, either with others way to buy.

The problem is that a purple button with “Buy Now” appears on your products and/or your card page and you don’t know why! You didn’t setup this fast payment and you don’t see where to remove it.

Where does this error come from?

This is not an error. You have installed the payment gateway called Stripe.
Stripe has a feature called “Payment Request Buttons”. This is a fast way to pay through Apple Pay or Chrome Payment.

What can be done to solve this problem?

If you want to remove this feature, the fastest way to do it is to disable it on the WooCommerce & Stripe settings.

You have to go into : WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe

And disable the “Payment Request Buttons” button. See the image below :

When you Save changes, you should now see that the button is not here anymore.
